Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original MARTÏ packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
